Our company makes available to our customers the services of anodizing of yachts, boats, boats and other vessels without limits of measures.
In the same way we are available to take our services to neighboring countries where we will give you our professional advice on anodizing.
How will we develop your product?
Using the most advanced technologies as well as high quality materials backed by ISO 9000 quality standards, we will apply the anodizing process for its protection on its vessel.
In addition to employing the most qualified workforce in Spain in the field.
How do we work extruded aluminum?
There are many characteristics that influence the treatment of extruded aluminum profiles. One of the most important is the type of alloy with which the piece was made.
In our company we use products and tools that do not mistreat or damage the parts while respecting their base material at all times.
How do we make the cuts and mechanized?
In our company we make the cuts with great precision and great care using the tools and machinery that have the support of ISO 9000 quality.
As for machining, we also use the most advanced tools and techniques that guarantee a perfect finish that meets the demands of our customers.
Liquids and baths in this industry
How critical is the temperature in an anodizing tank?
In an anodized tank the temperature must be maintained within the specified parameters.
It is necessary to install enough cooling to ensure that the temperature of the tank does not vary more than a couple of degrees during anodizing.
The following formula can be used to determine the heat load generated by the rectifier:
Amps × volts × 3.412 = btu / hr
In hard coat applications, a mixture of water with glycol is used as a refrigerant since in this process the operating temperature of the bath is lower.
What type of cathodes do we use?
Aluminum and / or titanium which are the most recommended since they have a better shelf life, better corrosion resistance against environmental agents.
How do we cool the solutions in an anodization?
The cooling of the solutions in an anodization is usually achieved by water coolers that circulate the cooled water from a reservoir to a dip conduit to the tank or to an external heat exchanger.
What types of anodizing rectifiers do we use?
In our company we use the DC rectifiers appropriate for the conventional anodizing range of 18 to 24 V.
The current output is 12 to 24 asf in hard coat applications as required up to 75 V at 24–40 asf is the one we commonly use.
ISO regulations applicable to this industry
In our company we use products that are backed by ISO 9000 standards.
Since this guarantees a job with exceptional quality.
In our stock which is constantly renewed there are only high quality products which are present in the current market and are also suitable to meet the most extreme needs and demands.
Limits on anodizing
What is anodizing?
The anodizing process consists in increasing the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of a metal part using various materials and techniques.
This process is very frequently used to protect aluminum and / or titanium in boats from abrasion and corrosion, in the same way it allows to use colors in a wide variety of tones.
What can be anodized?
All surfaces or metal objects that are made of aluminum and / or titanium.
These surfaces are suitable for being subjected to the anodizing process since they can accept this process in an effective way.
But it also depends on the anodizing process used since the anodizing in sulfuric medium is very adaptable to many surfaces, especially those of aluminum.
What are aluminum profiles?
They are products that originate from other products which are called by-products and are normally used for structural purposes.
From these three types of profiles are distinguished according to their use: in construction, architecture and industry.
What are aluminum sheets?
They are very thin aluminum sheets and a standard size that is used to coat metal surfaces.
These aluminum sheets are currently widely used to coat the metal surfaces of boats due to their great capacity to protect them.
Limits on aluminum
It is a material that does not have the property of ferromagnetism but it is very malleable so its use in the industry
