ANODIZE

Types of anodized

TYPE 1: Chromic acid anodized

It is a surface treatment used in order to protect aluminum.

In addition, it is widely used in the aerospace, maritime and military industry.

Since with this treatment it is possible to protect the aluminum alloys against corrosion, allowing to keep the functionality of the piece and / or the assemblies that are treated with it.

TYPE 2: Commercial anodizing

Or anodized with sulfuric acid consists in applying conventional coatings formed from a sulfuric acid bath.

This type of anodizing is the most used process because it is the most suitable for coloring, so it is a commercial anodizing.

TYPE 3: Hard coat anodizing

It is a low temperature bath with high current densities to produce thicker coatings they offer surfaces with greater resistance to wear and abrasion.

Type III anodized finishes may or may not be dyed according to customer choice.

Titanium Anodized

Titanium anodizing consists in the oxidation of the surface through the application of titanium oxide layers.

With this process layers are achieved according to the anodizing from 200 Amstrongs to 20 microns.

These oxides have a peculiar reflection of light that causes different colors depending on the thickness of the layer.

Mechanical anodized

It consists in the preparation of a metal surface for protection by mechanical procedures using machines and / or tools of different types.

Industrial anodizing

It is a process where the aluminum oxide layer has a high hardness and wear resistance, so it can be used in new industrial applications subject to strong demands against wear.

Anodizing works

In our company we offer guaranteed anodization work.

Since they are made by a team of highly trained professionals who use products backed by ISO 9000 standards as well as the most advanced techniques, tools and machines.

Anodized PAS 2 and 3

The PASS II ~ III system consists of a shelf and a hanging meter equipped with a removable aluminum load panel (alloy option) of 1 square foot that allows you to mark exactly the desired A / SF.

The remote reading of the PAS II ~ III is simple, easy and does not require cables, since its readings are accurate from ASF following the orders.
